Return, exchange and refund
In accordance with article L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Blaklist informs you that you have 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and in good condition, suitable for re-marketing and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs. You therefore have 14 days to inform us that you wish to withdraw so that our customer service department can assign you a return agreement number, all return costs being at your expense.
THE ITEM WILL NOT HAVE BEEN USED.
ONLY ONE EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL BE GRANTED.
For any problems with the product's workmanship, the remark must be made on the same day as the product is received, and, of course, the product will not have been used.
We insist on this point: no retraction will be accepted if the returned product is unfit for sale and has been used.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, unopened, unsealed, undamaged, unmarked, unmarked, unstained, uncrumpled, with the original labels.... No return can be claimed in case of damage to the delivered products due to a use that was not intended for them.
Of course, tooth protectors and shells cannot be taken back for hygienic reasons.
Beyond the 14-day period, Blaklist will be free to refuse the exchange or refund.
The exchange or refund procedure is as follows:
1. The buyer must inform Blaklist of his wish to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of his order, by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) specifying whether it is an exchange or a refund.
2. Blaklist will send an email acknowledging receipt of the withdrawal as soon as it is informed.
3. The customer sends the item to Blaklist in the manner mentioned above.
As soon as we receive our acknowledgement of receipt indicating the possible exchange or refund, you have 48 hours to send us the package and give us the tracking number of this package.
After this period, the exchange or refund procedure will be impossible.
The exchange is made for the same item of a different size or color if the amount is the same and within the limit of stock availability. The exchange will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date Blaklist is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw, provided the product is returned in perfect condition, unworn and properly folded.
The costs of returning the product(s) to be exchanged are the responsibility of the customer.
Blaklist will cover the cost of re-delivery. If the exchange is not possible, the customer will be reimbursed, except for the shipping costs that he/she paid when placing the initial order.
A refund will be made in the event of a stock shortage.
If the customer opts for a refund, Blaklist will refund the customer the price of the returned product(s) except for shipping costs. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date Blaklist is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw, provided that the product is returned in perfect condition, unworn and properly folded. Refunds may be deferred until the products are recovered by Blaklist. The date used is the date of the first of these events. The refund will be made by cheque sent to the customer's home.
The costs of returning the product(s) to be refunded are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer waives an order while it is being delivered, the customer undertakes to return the order to us at his own expense.
This will be refunded by cheque upon receipt of the package by Blaklist, excluding return shipping costs.
Beyond 14 days, items will not be returned.
You have been the victim of theft from your mailbox or place of delivery: no refund or exchange will be possible.
Loss of the package
In the event that the delivery service validates the fact that it has lost the package sent by us, we will not be able to refund you or send you back your order. The compensation only provided by the delivery service provider will be sent to you for compensation.
