Techniques, displacements and then technical work and light fights against a partner.

Less and less conciliatory... so you need protective equipment (fencing mask, gloves, etc...) and padded foam weapons allowing you to experiment the fight, in all serenity.

We have selected a sword, a side sword and a long sword,
which will allow you to experiment a wide spectrum.
