We decided to create this short chest guard for practitioners of eskrima de combate. Designed with a rigid plastic outer shell and a high-density foam core, it provides precise cushioning on every impact, whether from rattan stick strikes or more forceful fencing techniques.

Of course, we know that a good rattan fencer minimises the use of protective gear. That is why we have designed this model to be discreet, lightweight and compatible with a standard training jacket. The product’s reinforced collar slips easily under your usual gear without adding unnecessary bulk.

We have taken this a step further by incorporating a protective throat guard against upward thrusts. The collar’s cut is designed to provide precise coverage of the area without restricting neck movement or the fencer’s visibility.

This fencing equipment fastens quickly thanks to adjustable straps. A main strap runs across the back, whilst a second sleeve strap ensures lateral support. The Velcro system guarantees a perfect fit in seconds, even in the middle of a training session. Available in matt black for a sleek, professional finish.

The 350 and 1600 N fencing masks fit perfectly thanks to the cut-out on the short chest guard, which leaves the face and chin completely exposed.
