The plastron / self-defense vest offers very high freedom of movement ideal for engaged training. Made of 100% sturdy fabric covering sheets of dense foam. A training jacket, designed for demanding drills.
Perfect in committed self, Silat, Krav Maga, Kapap, EPG techniques, law enforcement, knife fighting and baton fighting (Kali eskrima among others).
The plastron is also used in combat fencing by some fighters. And can satisfy the practitioner of French defense canes.
Ideal for working on scenarios.
Several wide, lined velcro straps keep the plastron close to the body and perfectly in place.
For regular and engaged fist feet, take our boxing punch chest.
For wrestling, remove the arm/shoulder protectors.
