This stick is the top of the range of "plastic" training sticks for eskrima, sparring and self defence.

This training stick allows you to do the classic Kali work or the basics of joint control with a stick: drills, sinawali, carenza, blocks, disarms or levers...

Rounded ends for safety.

The stick retains a certain flexibility. It is not made for full contact work. On the other hand, this stick can be a good tool to start fighting with the stick (with protections of course), before switching to the rattan.
The Kali Balicki stick is very resistant (polypropylene) to wear and tear and repeated shocks.
