Ballistic gooles / eye protection mask

Masks are part of the essential protection

 during certain stick or knife exercises.

As can the fencing mask or the "combative" self-defence breastplate.

The protective mask or ballistic goggles is also recommended for work with

a beginner in stick or knife handling or for free work at high speed.

Tactical goggles are, of course, the essential elements for any shooting

exercises or to practice airsoft.
