Beautiful dimensions: 36x15x65 cm approximately.

And a width of 36 cm which allows a perfect hold and adaptation to the body: shield not too thin, not too wide!

Its curved shape allows an excellent control. The generous thickness of 15 cm of foam absorbs the strikes engaged, in English boxing, Thai, MMA ...

The grips are thick and the feeling of a perfect hold is immediate.

An extra 2 cm of foam has been added between the "arm grips": it provides a great feeling of comfort and a better absorption of hits.

This punching shield complements our equipment dedicated to serious training.
