A 67 cm version of the training stick with a PVC core covered with flexible foam.

This foam stick allows for safe work!
Or self-defence work against stick attacks.

We recommend wearing the appropriate protective gear with this defence stick.

Lightweight and padded with foam, it offers an excellent grip and allows for fun and fast work, perfect for developing good reflexes and increased precision.

CAUTION: reserve foam sticks for learning or speed work with controlled hitting.

DO NOT USE FOR ENGAGING COMBAT.

For self-defence, Krav-Maga, these 67 cm foam sticks will be used to study disarming or at least entering a person armed with a stick or any similar object.
