The core of the padded training stick is made of a thin rattan stick, wrapped in rubber padding material and a strong nylon fabric on the outside.

The padded combat training stick is not too thick and has a good grip. It is also well balanced, so that an explosive execution of fast techniques is possible.

The padding of the stick has a damping effect, the impact of a blow is partially absorbed.

The stick is recommended for light, flexible or initiation fights with protective equipment appropriate for Filipino martial arts.
