GORGERIN FENCING MASK 

The gorgerin (throat protector) is a piece that protects the neck, which is positioned under the bib of the fencing mask. In the practice of HEMA, this throat protection is an important protective element since it prevents the blade, on a blow of the knife, from slipping under the flap.

A protective element for European historical martial arts, Tolpar or committed eskrima.
